Is your food vegan?
Yes. We use only plant-based ingredients. Our meals are free from meat, chicken, fish, dairy, eggs and honey.
How do I store the meals?
Keep our meals in your freezer until you are ready to pop them in the oven or microwave!
Who cooks the meals?
Our in-house chefs prep, cook and freeze blast the meals at the freshest point! Our production and operation managers oversee the whole process!
How do I cook them?
All our meals can be cooked in the oven or the microwave. Just follow the instructions on the back of pack. But, be careful and keep an eye, all ovens and microwaves work differently!
How long will each dish last in my freezer?
All our dishes last over 9 months in the freezer meaning you can always have a supply in your freezer at the ready!
Is delivery free?
Yes (for orders over £40) the minimum box size is 6 meals and is delivered the next day after pick up from Jam N Vegan! You can edit your delivery day in your account.
What if I’m not home when you deliver?
Our boxes are packed full of insultation and ice packs so it should keep frozen until you get home! You can give more information to the delivery provider when you get your email of your order being shipped. All of our deliveries will be LEFT SAFE unless you give other details of where or who to leave it with.

Can I recycle your packaging?
Yes! Our boxes are fully recyclable as well as our sleeves and trays!
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be changed, skipped or cancelled whenever you like! Just log into your account here https://jamnvegan.com/login/

How do I recycle the packaging?
Our paper trays and cardboard sleeve are 100% recyclable. The denim has already been recycled so you can reuse this or throw away. The dry ice will come packed in a box that is 100% recyclable. Our packaging box is 100% recyclable. Once the ice is melted, the packs should be accepted for plastic recycling but please check with your local council!
How can I cancel?
You can log into your account and click cancel subscription (if you really want to!). You have to cancel 48 hours before your next delivery date is due otherwise you will be charged for that order.
How do I change my meals?
You can log into your account and pick your meals. Just remember if you don’t change them, then the same meals will be sent until you change them!
I have an allergy. Are they safe?
All of our meals have ingredients and allergens in BOLD. However, our meals our made in a site which may contain nuts and gluten. Please note: We have nuts on site and can’t guarantee zero cross contamination!
Where's this meal? Its gone!
We have a stock control system on our website. So, if a meal is out of stock and we cant produce it, then it wont show on our website until we are back in stock! We have so much choice to choose from so hopefully you wont be too disappointed
I've received replacement meals? What do I do?
We are so sorry about this, sometimes we run out of stock of ingredients or can’t get them on time. Sometimes we need to send duplicates of some meals if we dont have one in stock.

How to update my meals or change my order?
You can edit your order before 48 hours of delivery in your account. You can skip, change delivery day and update meal choice. If this doesnt work then please email [email protected] and we will help you
Once you change your meals, this will update for all future deliveries. You are not able to increase or decrease meal quantity. To do this, please cancel your subscription and set up a new account.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Please aim to not deliver to a business as our parcels must be left safe. If you can use a home address and give detail to the driver of where to leave in our delivery instructions
